This is a rather simple recipe for delicous sour cream.
All you need is
- 200g sour cream ("Saure Sahne")
- 250g curd ("Quark")
- 2 table spoons of 7-herbs vinegar
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 3/4 tea spoon salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add more vinegar, sugar or salt to match your taste. Enjoy!
